This means that you can utilise an Apprenticeship programme to develop and up-skill your existing staff.

 

Funding is available for businesses to train apprentices; the size of contribution varies depending on the sector and age of the apprentice, so please contact us for details. Whilst on an Apprenticeship programme, employees will earn at least the minimum wage.
