Sport facilities

Sport and exercise students will have full use of the fitness suite, full sized sports hall, changing facilities and modern fitness testing.   Students will also be offered the opportunity to take part in a variety of sporting activities over lunch, or after College, with a view to improving their fitness level, muscle tone and exercise technique.

Activities include body tone, circuit training and 5-a-side football.  Students who demonstrate a keen interest in football, may wish to participate with the College football team.
