Due to the growth and development of the College, a rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced curriculum manager to join the Strategic Management Team. 

The College has recently moved to its ambitious and aspirational new build, providing outstanding accommodation and inspirational teaching and learning facilities for a wide range of curriculum areas.  
This strategic management role has a wide remit which includes management and leadership of
 
  • the operations of the curriculum throughout the college
  • the learner experience
  • tutorials, enterprise, citizenship and entitlement frameworks
  • 14 – 16 developments
  • Community, Adult and PCDL responsiveness
 
Candidates will have a strong FE curriculum background with direct, recent experience of managing and developing a curriculum area and an understanding of funding methodologies. With significant experience of and contribution to inspections, you will have a strong awareness of FE quality standards and measures. 

Qualified to degree level and with appropriate wider qualifications, you will demonstrate higher level CPD plus contribution to local, regional and national networks. 
With leadership skills and personal flexibility, you will be able to communicate effectively at all levels and show excellent organisational and management skills to lead curriculum teams and contribute to learner success.
