Employer Engagement Coordinator (maternity cover)

Salary: £20,197 - £21,013

This is a key role within the Employer Engagement team, with a central focus on the assurance of quality and on the efficient co-ordination of Young Apprenticeships, Apprenticeships, Train to Gain, and New Deal for Lone Parent provision. 

Working closely with employers, you will act as key account co-ordinator, building and maintaining professional relationships while promoting and selling courses to ensure effective delivery of key performance targets.

With significant knowledge of and experience of working in a work-based learning setting with Young Apprentices, New Deal for Lone parents and /or Train to Gain and Apprenticeships, you will provide support and supervision to learners, reviewing and monitoring their progress with regular meetings and giving timely feedback to both learners and employers. You may also be required to process EMA payments for some of our learners.

It is anticipated that interviews for this role will take place in early August.
