Executive Secretary (Maternity Cover)

Salary: £21,433 - £23,200
This role will provide an excellent, proactive and responsive service to key members of the College's strategic management team. The role involves planning, organising and managing diaries and meetings schedules, as well as providing full secretarial and administrative support.
A secretarial or administrative qualification at Level 3 or above is essential, as is significant and recent experience of working as a PA at a senior level in a busy and demanding environment.
The role is fixed term, provisionally until August 2011, to provide cover for a maternity leave.
