Salary: £34,474 - £41,199

An experienced and successful manager is required to lead the Employer Engagement team. You will promote the College as a major provider responsive to all aspects of Government, regional and local priorities and strategically develop the College’s Employer Engagement programmes.  

You will have a proven track record of success in developing business opportunities relating to work based learning and apprenticeship programmes, together with significant experience of WBL funding methodology, bid writing and competitive tendering.
