Salary: £19,031 - £19,800

We are seeking a self motivated and enthusiastic individual to further develop and support the transition from school to college.  This role involves responding to referrals from schools, producing monthly reports, and working with the wider college mentoring team within Student Services as well as external agencies such as Connexions.  You will  be working with a range of learners and concentrate on supporting them through a key transition stage in their lives.
