Entry to Employment (e2e)

Entry to Employment (e2e) is a learning programme which is aimed at young people aged 16-18 who are not participating in any post 16 learning. It is designed to help develop motivation, confidence, personal effectiveness and basic key skills. It gives a range of opportunities to gain vocational knowledge, skills and understanding. The aim is that a learner will progress onto an Apprenticeship programme, further learning and/or a job.


The programme lasts round about 22 weeks. You can apply for EMA, and you may also be entitled to travel allowances. There are also bonus’ to gain through E2E.

 

Elite

Elite is a learning programme for students aged 16-18 who are not participating in any post 16 learning. This course is a short course over 13 weeks, of which we work intensively on a tailored programme. The programme is designed to work closely with the student into developing a career, whether it is in Further Education, Employment or Training and to overcome individual barriers. You can also attend the programme even whilst claiming benefits; however there is only a certain amount of hours to attend, these can be discussed. There are also bonuses for outcomes and progressions.
