How do I apply?
There are a number of different ways to apply. You can fill in the enquiry form in the back of the prospectus and send it in. You won't need a stamp, it's freepost!
If you want to order a prospectus you can order through this website or call our course information line on 01642 473132.
You can also apply online, just fill in the application and submit!
What happens next?
You will receive an acknowledgment either by letter or email depending on how you applied. Within a few weeks you will receive a letter with an appointment to come in and speak with the tutor.
If I fill in an application form, does that mean I have to come to Redcar & Cleveland College?
No. The application form is an application of interest, it means you can come into the College and chat to the tutor of your chosen subject, find out more about what is involved and make a decision about the College and the course from there.
Also the tutor will be able to advise you on what level you need to reach when you do come to college. You will then receive a 'Confirmation of Acceptance' letter which we will follow up with information on enrolment.
What do I do if I don't hear anything?
Give us a call. You can speak to Student Services as they are responsible for organising the interviews and will be able to tell you how your application is progressing. Tel 01642 473132.
What if I can't come to the interview?
It is important that you let us know. If you are unable to attend someone else could have your appointment as the tutors only have limited time available for interviews. If you can't come for whatever reason then give us a call and let us know as soon as possible.
What if I change my mind about college?
All you have to do is let us know. If you decide you don't want to come to college or decide to do a different course then just let us know.
