Introduction

This course is developed for trainee technicians and engineers, designers and production personnel working in an automated manufacturing or process environment within the engineering environment. It develops key underpinning knowledge, skills and understanding associated with robotics, electrical, mechanical, coding and hydraulic/pneumatics. *This course is subject to approval by Teesside University!

Additional Information

You are required to complete two pieces of assessment in each module which can be in the form of written assignments, laboratory reports, time-constrained assessments and some vocation-specific modules carry an end of unit examination. The equipment you will work on is industry standard with practical applications, taught by lecturers with many years of industrial experience.
