Careers Advice and Guidance

All students have access to careers guidance through Student Services staff, Course Tutors and the local Connexions service.

If you require impartial information, advice or guidance about education, training, careers or job search, benefits, University Open Days etc., staff in Student Services will help you. It is situated in the main foyer, near the restaurant where you can access computer and paper based information systems in Student Services or arrange an interview with a specialist Careers Adviser.

“I’ve had help with my CV and help to prepare for an interview. I also had help to put my letter of application together. I have been for an interview and I got the job. I couldn’t have done it without the Careers staff and my tutor."
