Transition mentor

The College has a Transition Mentor who works with students aged between 14-16 who come to the College to study.   The Transition Mentor works with Year 10 and 11 students to make the transition from school to College easier, and provides the necessary support if you are having any difficulties with your coursework or any other problems.
