Transition mentor

The College has a Transition Mentor who works with students aged between 14-16 who come to the College to study.  The Transition Mentor can work with Year 10 and 11 students to make the transition from school to College easier, and provide you with the necessary support if you are having any difficulties with your coursework or any other problems.
