Redcar & Cleveland College, as part of the Education Training Collective (Etc.) offer a wide variety of apprenticeships that have been designed with employers like you in mind. All of the apprenticeships we offer can be tailored to meet your specific business needs. Whether you are looking to recruit a new member of your team or up-skill existing employees, employing an apprentice could offer a cost-effective solution to ensuring you develop a skilled and motivated workforce.

In recent years, we have seen our provision grow from strength to strength. To date, we have assisted over 1000 businesses like you to develop their workforce through the apprenticeship programme.

We offer apprenticeships at a variety of levels including degree-equivalent higher apprenticeships; ideal for training and up-skilling senior staff.
