Chaplaincy
The chaplaincy service has been part of this college for a number of years and is here for students, staff and anyone within the college that has a faith/belief or none.
Our aims are to:
- develop and maintain a mutual understanding between those of different faiths and none
- promote understanding and tolerance of other people’s beliefs, culture, opinions and situations
- encourage and help sustain a spiritual dimension to the lives of all within the College
We are available for personal conversations or just a chat, on Monday and Thursday between 12.00 and 1.00 pm in the atrium (just look for the chaplaincy sign), or at other times by contacting us through Student Services.
We offer continuous pastoral and confidential care and support within the College in the following ways:
- support, friendship and time for you
- individual support and guidance
- links with the local community
- information on meeting religious needs
- social and cultural activities
- involvement in the Equality, Diversity and British Values Curriculum
