What will you be?
Skills Support for the Unemployed
As part of European Social Fund (ESF), Skills Support for the Unemployed can help individuals aged 16 and above to progress into education or unemployment. We work with third parties to ensure learners are able to gain employment with the new skills and knowledge they gain whilst on the courses.
You will be assigned a Mentor, we will discuss your work aspirations and goals and we can help you with:
- CV writing
- Interview preparation
- Work preparation
- Job applications/searching for roles
To be eligible for this programme you need to:
- Be 16 or above
- Live within the Tees Valley
- Have lived within the EEU or UK for the last 3 years
This program targets unemployed people, those that are claiming benefits and those that are economically inactive, who are not claiming any benefits.
