Course overview
This course will provide learners with the underpinning knowledge that is required by employees to work in a range of different environments in a business administration role. Learners will develop essential knowledge of how to carry out administrative tasks such as how to manage information and supporting events. They will also learn how to apply their knowledge in a variety of industries and job roles.

Course information
Assessment involves completion of relevant work booklets or online units which are completed as distance learning and submitted to the college.
Upon completion of the course, students can apply for other distance learning programmes, use as APL for QCF qualifications where appropriate and use their newly acquired knowledge in practice.
