Course overview
This course will enable learners with the ability to provide guidance, direction and instruction within a group, ultimately leading to more effective teamwork and motivated employees. They will learn how to manage a team effectively, a transferable skill which can be utilised in many different areas.

Course information
Assessment involves completion of relevant work booklets or online units which are completed as distance learning and submitted to the college.
Upon completion of the course, students can apply for other distance learning programmes, use as APL for QCF qualifications where appropriate and use their newly acquired knowledge in practice.
A willingness to support your fellow employees to work to the best of their ability and feel confident and fulfilled within the workplace.
