Whatever your individual goals, we can help you develop the skills you need to achieve. Whether you want to continue in education, start work or live more independently, our personalised courses can help you build the skills and confidence you need.

Our level 1 course will help to prepare you for your next steps. You will be able to develop key skills such as teamwork, time management and interpersonal skills. You will also study topics such as basic food preparation, personal development, skills for independent life and English and maths as well as taking part in enrichment and tutorial sessions.

Course information

Once you have completed this course you could progress on to a vocational course or you may achieve a greater level of independent living or move on to supported employment, supported internships or voluntary work.

Full-time 16-18 year olds who do not have a grade 4/C or above in maths and/or English, will attend weekly sessions with specialist tutors to work towards the relevant qualification(s). This is really useful to support you on your main course and is really valued by employers.
