Starting out as a plumbing technician, Joe brings strong workshop experience and a practical approach to every lesson. Since joining Redcar and Cleveland College in 2021, he has focused on hands‑on learning that helps students grow in confidence from day one. Teaching is supportive and personalised, with small class sizes and plenty of one‑to‑one guidance. Watching learners progress from beginners to confidently installing full bathroom systems is what motivates Joe’s teaching, all within realistic, industry‑standard workshop environments.
