Meet the team!

Alyson, Mark and Graham teach across our sport, policing and public services offer. They bring a wealth of real‑world experience and a shared passion for preparing students for careers in policing and the wider uniformed services. Teaching is structured, supportive and grounded in real‑life scenarios, helping learners build discipline, confidence and decision‑making skills. With a strong focus on policing pathways, lessons develop leadership, teamwork, fitness and problem‑solving, preparing students for further training, higher education or recruitment. Students are supported to push themselves, stay motivated and develop the professional mindset needed to succeed.
