Course overview
This qualification aims to provide learners with skills to support their colleagues with mental health problems. Learners will gain knowledge of mental health first aid and how this can be applied within the workplace. The course aims to explore mental ill health and ultimately how to create a mentally healthy work environment.

Course information
You will be assigned a Tutor, who will assess and provide constructive feedback on your completed online units or relevant work booklets, which are submitted on the online platform or to the college.
Upon completion of the course, students can apply for other distance learning programmes, use as Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) for QCF qualifications where appropriate and use their newly acquired knowledge in practice.
