This course will enable learners to support individuals with specific learning difficulties effectively. This qualification aims to give learners knowledge of different Specific Learning Difficulties, how they are diagnosed and how individuals can be supported.

Course information
Assessment involves completion of relevant work booklets or online units which are completed as distance learning and submitted to the college.
Upon completion of the course, students can apply for other distance learning programmes, use as APL for QCF qualifications where appropriate and use their newly acquired knowledge in practice.
A willingness to support and care for those who have specific learning difficulties, and how to enable them to live fulfilling lives.
