Course overview
This course has been developed for trainee technicians and engineers, designers and production personnel working in the renewable energy environment. It develops key underpinning knowledge, skills and understanding associated with working in the renewable energy industry. Recognised by the Institute of Engineers.

Course information
You are required to complete two pieces of assessment in each module which can be in the form of written assignments, laboratory reports, time-constrained assessments and some vocation-specific modules include an end of unit examination. The equipment you will work on is industry standard with practical applications, taught by lecturers with many years of industrial experience.
GCSE (grade 4/C or above) in English,maths, chemistry or physics plus either A level, BTEC ND, Access or IB.
