Redcar and Cleveland College’s new Level 2 Multiskilled Engineering NVQ course offers an exciting opportunity to delve into various engineering disciplines. This comprehensive program will equip you with a diverse skill set, allowing you to explore different facets of engineering, from mechanical to electrical and beyond. By providing a broad foundation of knowledge, the course enables you to gain a broad understanding of the engineering field, preparing you for versatile and dynamic career paths. On our level 2 multi skilled engineering course you will study a variety of engineering including electrical, pipefitting, welding and mechanical engineering.You will also llearn units including health & safety, effective & efficient engineering activities and communication.
Course information
Carrying out practical assessments and multi-choice tests in a realistic industrial working environment.
On completion of this course, you could progress on to a Level 3 course in your chosen discipline or progress onto an apprenticeship.
Four GCSEs grade 3 or above or a level 1 qualification in a related course.*
*If you do not already have an English and maths GCSE grade 4-9, you will continue to work towards this as part of your main programme of study.
