Develop sector knowledge through classroom learning and placements.

Progress to university or roles across health and social care.

Follow T Level pathways with substantial industry placement hours.

Study in our Mo Mowlam Wing!

At Redcar and Cleveland College, our health and social care students benefit from impressive, real-world training spaces in our therapeutic health and care wing. This includes a fully equipped hospital ward with patient mannequins, a nurses’ station, a medication trolly, and even a working training ambulance.

You’ll also learn in a realistic home care environment, helping you practise supporting individuals in their own homes using equipment like hoists, age simulation suits, and mobility aids.

These facilities are designed to give you the hands-on experience with the tools and situations you’ll face in the real world, helping you feel confident and prepared for placements, further study, or a career in health and care.
