Introduction

This Level 4 qualification develops the advanced management, leadership and technical knowledge required to run a successful hair or beauty salon. You will study five mandatory units, covering: • Management of health, safety and security in the salon • Quality management of client care in the hair and beauty sector • Sales management specific to the sector • Public relations (PR) in the hair and beauty sector • Salon management and operational planning If your background is beauty related you will also complete: • Laser and light treatments for hair removal If your background is hairdressing related you will also complete: • Manage the creation of a hair style collection
